Any problems that appear with the card after purchase and insertion by the customer into their device (such as a code error or it showing as previously charged) will be reported to the card's parent company to determine the cause of the error and the date and time the code was charged. This process takes between 1 and 5 days. Please contact us within the first three days of purchasing the card.
Any purchase that is under any suspicion will be stopped immediately and will not be executed, and all its information will be sent to the Cybercrime Department at the Ministry of Commerce to complete the legal procedures regarding it.
